Katie is an experienced and open-hearted yoga teacher helping students to ‘move from the thinking mind and into the feeling body’.  To shine from the inside out. Her teachings aim to guide and support individuals to a deeper awareness, compassion and understanding of how they feel in a particular pose, both physically and emotionally. To be aware and connect with the life-force of the breath.

Join me for a Super Sunday Yoga Class on May 8 for Macmillan Cancer Support from 10.30am-12 noon.

 

The class will be suitable for all abilities.  The venue is my fabulous MK SNAP Centre, 20 Bourton Low, Walnut Tree,

MK7 7DE and there’s a warm welcome to stay for tea and cake afterwards.

 

Please bring along your own mat, and props (belt, block), something to sit on (cushion or bolster), and a blanket.
