Mondays

10.00 – 11.00 am

Wonderful start to the week with this super class of movement, stretching, strengthening, balance, co-ordination and gentle twisting. We also focus on being aware of the importance of breathing well. The class is mainly standing postures and using chairs. We do not get up and down off the floor or use mats in this session. Suitable for those with limited ability.

Cosgrove Village Hall

7.00 - 8.30 pm

Always a blend of classic yoga postures, deep stretching and breathwork. The pace of the class is usually a mix of strengthening static poses, dynamic and warming in flow sequences and mindful deep stretching poses. Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration, always with a luxurious rest at the end.

9.15 - 10.15 am

Classic yoga poses blend with other bodywork to stretch, tone, twist and strengthen as well as balance the body and mind. An all-round super class.

For adults with learning and physical challenges focusing on balance, concentration, gentle stretching, hand-eye-body coordination, body awareness and fun.

A blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breathwork to relax the body and de-stress the mind. The pace of the class can be gentle or more dynamic depending on the theme of the evening or even the mood of the participants! Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration, always with a luxurious rest at the end (called Savasana). Come prepared to move, learn and enjoy.
